Peoria spans a wide range of housing eras, from 1970s and 1980s neighborhoods in south Peoria to the large master-planned community of Vistancia in the north, where most homes were built after 2004. Vistancia alone covers over 7,000 acres and includes four distinct sub-communities: The Village, Trilogy, Blackstone, and Northpointe, each with its own character and lot configuration. South Peoria's older housing stock means pool decks and outdoor features from the 1980s and 1990s are due for repair or full redesign. North Peoria's newer Vistancia homes sit near mountain views and desert washes, giving homeowners a natural backdrop for water features and hardscape that connects to the surrounding landscape.

Peoria, AZ
Hardscape & Water Feature Contractor
South Peoria's housing stock from the 1970s through 1990s includes a large number of pools with aging concrete decks, outdated coping, and surfaces that have cycled through decades of Arizona heat. Pool decking repair and staining can restore these surfaces without the cost and disruption of full replacement. We assess each deck's condition before recommending a repair approach, so homeowners get the right fix rather than an oversized solution.
Vistancia's Spanish and Mediterranean Revival homes in communities like The Village and Blackstone have an architectural character that pairs well with travertine and paver pool surrounds. The community's desert wash buffers and mountain views also create a natural setting for rock waterfalls and water features that connect the backyard to the broader landscape. We design features that complement Vistancia's existing aesthetic rather than clashing with it.
Artificial turf is a practical choice across Peoria, where summer temperatures and water restrictions make natural grass a maintenance challenge. We install artificial turf in configurations that work with the surrounding hardscape and pool area, producing a finished backyard that looks clean and requires minimal upkeep through the hottest months of the year.
